Meetings are held at Unit 3G, St Peters Park, Cobblers Way, Westfield, BA3 3BX starting at 7pm.
Before the meeting there will be a public session of up to 15 minutes to enable residents of Westfield to ask questions and make comments on items on the agenda. Members of the public are kindly asked to restrict their comments and/or questions to 5 minutes.
